Great list--we agree with a lot of your choices. Band of Horses is a great group.
I just randomly found this list in a google search for red blondehead because I made a joke about it to a friend and I wanted to see if someone else had thought of it before. Obviously they had. So basically I wanted to say that your list is pretty much exactly the same like I would have written. Nice Work!

So many of your favorites matched my own that I had to try out the others as well. I ended up buying the full albums from St. Vincent, Pela, and The Broken West, and I love them. Thanks for the recommendations!
